In 1943, a top secret experiment called "The Philadelphia Project" was conducted to make a naval ship invisible. (That is all true.) Some say the project was to create a mirage of some kind or fool underwater magnetic mines. And then others say the experiment was to actually transport the ship forward in time. This crazy video thinks the later.
